Dr. Ibrahim has more than 17 years of experience with Indian and Multinational companies in the arena of Management Consultancy and Change Management. During this time he has planned, scheduled, coordinated and managed major management consultancy projects, including the establishment of learning and training centers.

Dr Ibrahim has to his credit many innovative HR practices, which he initiated at the Retail Organizations. He is the first Indian consultant to provide end-to-end HR solutions for Retail Industry and conducted 325 days of training to retail Industry.
